Workshops and Seminars

I can create a custom workshop or seminar for your group on many different aspects of spirituality and personal development.  The class can focus on development of the individual, or can be designed to emphasize the group or organization.  We can blend the personal development material with the mission of the company or organization, giving you maximum organizational benefit through motivated and empowered members.

I have extensive experience in teaching and training.  I have held adjunct faculty positions at two different universities, and was a certified technical trainer for several years.  I have spoken to groups, both large and small, successfully presenting complex subject matter.  My style is generally casual, seeking to connect with the audience and to transfer knowledge through a logical organization, clear explanations and supporting visuals in order to accommodate each attendee's learning style.

More importantly, I have been a manager and executive in a number of businesses, some large and well-known, as well as many small and startup companies.  My business and organizational philosophy has always been to build a strong team that utilizes each member's strengths and provides group support to minimize any weaknesses.  My teams have always known that they succeed or fail as a team, and team members are always empowered to take initiative and focus on the overall objectives as their own.

Visual and audio pieces will be used as warranted to help with knowledge transfer and provide a stimulating environment.  Courses and workshops will be designed for maximum interactivity, both between the students and teachers, and between individuals and groups of students.

Fees will obviously be dependent on the nature and extent of the topic and the depth of training requested.  Teaching engagements outside of the local Charlotte, NC area will require travel, and may incur an expense reimbursement for my travel.
