Real Estate Coaching
I am available for one-on-one coaching of real estate agents or teams. As stated on my Real Estate Philosophy page, my goals for coaching are to produce competent agents first, then productive, successful agents. I combine knowledge of real estate law, rules and process with my experience in residential, commercial and investment real estate transactions to build competence. I then apply personal development principles to help agents become successful.
A coaching engagement is tailored to the needs and the experience level of the agent. For example, a new agent will likely need basic development in the business of real estate agency, whereas an experienced agent will more likely to be able to identify one or more specific topics in which they are needing improvement. We will work to a coaching plan that is developed based on an initial interview, and agreed to by myself and my client.
Please note that, while I am experienced in many forms of agent marketing and lead generation, and will certainly coach based on that knowledge and experience, I generally do not attempt to compete with teachers and trainers who specialize in the latest marketing techniques. There are many of these specialists, and they are well known in the industry. I do work with my coaching clients to review available training in this area, and recommend possible education opportunities.
